What You Need To Know

  • Women Making Waves offers a variety of prices for conference programming including, special discounts for WIFT-AT members, students, and out-of-town.

  • Those who register for the entire conference are welcome to access all conference events (NOTE: this does not include the Friday workshops)

  • Individual tickets are only available to the following events; The Friday workshops, The Friday night screening of MOUTHPIECE and Q & A with director, Patricia Rozema, The Pitch Competition and the Wave Award Celebratory Dinner. 

  • This year we also offer a Morning Pass and an Afternoon Pass *both passes include lunch

*The Morning Pass includes:  all events from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. 

* The Afternoon Pass includes: all events from noon to 6:30 p.m. (including The Pitch Competition

  • The Conference venue, The Lord Nelson Hotel & Suites, offers wheelchair accessible rooms, and features two lobby elevators providing access to the restaurant and ballrooms. There is a wheelchair-friendly ramp located at the front main entrance and there are always two wheelchairs on hand for guest use.
